Position Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner #08-166

Department:Northwestern Occupational Health
Position Description: The midlevel provides non-emergent medical care and occupational health services under the primary administrative supervision of the NOH Manager and appropriate supervisory physician(s) in accordance with established treatment parameters of the convenient care clinic, and rules, regulation and bylaws of Northwestern Medical Center. The midlevel will be providing care at Northwestern Occupational Health and Georgia Convenient Care sites.

Status:Part TimeShift:Day
Shift Time Schedule:Hours between 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Average Weekly Hours:20-25 hrs/wk
Days:No on-call duty required. Availability to work rotating weekends required.
The above wage range reflects the minimum and maximum hiring range for this position.

Qualifications:
Education:Nurse Practitioner - must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner's education program and licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Vermont.

Physician's Assistant - must be a graduate of an approved Physician Assistant educational program, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Vermont.
Experience:At least one year experience in an appropriate Emergency Department/Convenient/Walk-in care/Primary Care setting preferred.
